Fostoria Pierson, Owner
Ultimate Care was established in 2007 by Fostoria Pierson. With a sound background in various areas of the human services field Fostoria has gained extensive experience working throughout the southeastern United States.
For over 20 years she has worked with all levels of personnel including: peers, supervisors, adolescents, customers with disabilities, military chain of commands, numerous government and social agencies just to name a few.
Her most recent career path allowed her to serve as a Family Support Manager at an Army Installation where she developed a strategy for addressing the needs for improving the quality of life for active duty military families with physical and mental challenges. Fostoria also assisted military men and women with injuries that were sustained from the Iraq War in obtaining adequate housing by adhering to Title 1 of the ADA of 1990 and the HIPPA Act of 1996.
